OBRERO is a classically made three-ingredient hot sauce made with locally grown Red Jalapeno chilies, distilled vinegar, and sea salt. Medium heat. Delicious now, AND will improve with time, rich and medium-bodied, full flavor.
Obrero represents Laborers/Workers, and we named this sauce to acknowledge the labor that goes into California agriculture, and the efforts of the farmworkers worldwide.
